...Fashion makes what could be a mudane necessity of everyday life creative, exciting and interesting. Clothes are more to me than just clothes, they are a form of art. Our bodies are like canvas, and when we dress we make a picture in the world! Fashion and personal style for me are forms of self expression and escapism. How we dress is important whether we are choosing to dress to reveal or conceal parts of our personality. It is the way we wish the world to see us, so even if the intention is to dress for the latter it still give us hints to who people are. I love mixing high fashion with vintage. I don't just dress to look pretty and I'm quite experimental..I dress for myself and will wear anything as long as I like it even if others are not quite so sure. It's important that your happy!!

'What's in a name? That which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet'

What's in a name??
Apparently alot, when reading about blog and website design some are better than others leaving a sweeter memory in your readers mind and can help make your blog more appealing!! The tips are that it should be short, catchy and easy to pronounce!
Well, mines definitely not short and when it comes to easy to remember and pronounce it's a little of a tongue twister! Oops!
Frankly, it just encompasses all things I love and I just could not wait to start blogging!!

Fashion Flapping Feather Fan: FFFF

Fashion: F No.1
I am obsessed by fashion!! I am a complete fashion fan and this is mainly what the blog is for!

Fashion and clothes let you and your imagination dream, move and travel through space and time while your feet stay firmly on the ground (even if they are elevated by your 6inch heels!!).

The Flappers of the 1920s were my first and most stylish introduction to fashion.
They were introduced to me by my mother as a fancy dress costume idea. Which I agreed to enthusiastically, and we then customised me an outfit from a discounted french connection dress with long black fringing. My love for them has never flapped back since!!

Feathers: F No.3

I'm a fan of feathers and all things that house them from bird cages, trees, fans, hats and the sky!
If I was a home for feathers I would be a magpie!

I am mesmerised by the colours in a peacock feather.

Feathers remind me of hippies and bohos....i dream of a boho and utopian life.

Feathers make me think of wings and flying from unichorns, fairies and angels to planes and travelling

          Fan etiquette:
  1. Flick open and hold so only your eyes are visible. Look directly at Prince Charming and then     away again. Meaning: 'I'd like to talk to you.'
  2. Vigorously flap your fan. Meaning: 'I'm not sure if I like you yet but keep talking.'
  3. Open your fan very quickly and flap it fast. Meaning 'Go way please.'
  4.  Close your fan very abruptly usually accompanied by a scornful turn of the head. Meaning: 'This conversation is over.'
